Hike with some Forest Therapy at Old Mine Railroad Trail

FREE EVENT

This is a relatively easy 2.5 mile trail loop as long as you are comfortable hiking. Minor rocky bits, etc. If you are not used to hiking you may be sore the next day.

We'll do a little bit of forest therapy during the hike for those who would like to get an idea of how that works, but this is mostly just a friendly hike and a chance to meet the group organizer and some members. John will be happy to answer questions related to Forest Therapy.

We'll end with some tea and snacks by the reservoir like we would during forest therapy sessions. Feel free to bring something along to share.

WHERE: Meet at the parking lot at the intersection of Dennytown Rd & Sunken Mine Rd. I believe that is technically Putnam Valley if you need that for GPS.

Pack water and usual supplies: sunscreen, bug repellant, decent shoes, snack.

Cost: Free (donations welcome but not solicited)
