Forest Therapy Walk at Buddhist Monastery in Carmel Area
I am happy to announce that the Chuang Yen Monastery is once again open to visitors. This was one of my personal favorite spaces and all my attendees seemed to feel the same. I checked the space out, and while most buildings (including the dining hall) remain closed, the outdoor space I typically used is open. This walk will be on monastery grounds. Cost: $20 (sliding scale for those in need)…

Forest Therapy at Beacon Memorial Park

Masks are now optional during the event, but I ask that we all maintain adequate social distancing. I will be wearing my mask as I greet everyone, and get the usual waivers signed. (I am fully vaccinated with my second booster.) When: Saturday, June 18th 10a-12p. Please arrive at least 5 minutes early. Location: Beacon…

Forest Therapy at Hubbard Lodge, Cold Spring

(If over 100.4 degrees and/or if showing symptoms please stay home.) (I am fully vaccinated) We will meet at the picnic bench in front of the lodge. The road is 1 minute north of the Rt 9/Rt 301 traffic…
